Ceviche is without a doubt the flagship dish of Perú.
It is the food that best represents us, and that stands out in the different
gastronomic fairs that take place around the world, where Peruvian food is
present.
Over time the traditional Ceviche has acquired new
styles depending on the place it is prepared.
EATING HABITS
Hi, I'm Marcio. I usually have milk and bread and butter or fried eggs for breakfast. Sometimes I just have fruit juice.
For lunch, my mom cooks different dishes of food, be it chicken, fish, beef, etc. although I prefer to eat chicken in any combination, be it fried, with noodles or with salad.
For dinner I almost always eat out of my house. Sometimes I can have a hamburger with a soda or maybe grilled chicken.
